After upgrading, I noticed that the volume levels were completely off—either way too loud or too quiet, with barely any in-between. I assumed it was just a new firmware change, but it made adjusting the sound really frustrating. I reached out to ULTIMEA support, and they explained that the update changed the volume scale from 0-32 to 0-100, which affected how the adjustments felt. They offered to roll my software back to V41 to restore the previous settings. They remotely pushed the downgrade, I checked the app, and now the volume control feels normal again!
